Saba is a passionate Pelvic floor Physiotherapist, with 15 years of experience, working across many clinics and aged care facilities in Brisbane. She graduated from the University of QLD in 2010. Her experiences include pelvic floor physio, general (musculoskeletal) physiotherapy & clinical pilates.
Since opening up her own practice & being the director of Circle Of Life Physio, Saba has loved implementing her strong vision & responsibility to empower her patients & team, to live their best & healthiest life. Saba’s personal experience with pelvic pain and endometriosis allows her to connect deeply with her patients and bring a compassionate, informed approach to their care.
Saba has spent several hours in developing her professional skills in Pelvic floor physio and has a strong passion in helping women with a variety of conditions, including pelvic floor dysfunctions and endometriosis. She loves empowering women to be the best versions of themselves and helping them to live their best life! She has also had extensive formal training in mat, ball, circle, band, reformer and trapeze pilates aswell as advanced dry needling.

Sarah is a passionate Pelvic floor physiotherapist with experience in a range of clinical areas, including pelvic floor physio, general (musculoskeletal) physiotherapy, workplace injury prevention, falls prevention and healthy ageing and clinical pilates . She completed her physiotherapy degree at the University of Queensland in 2014.
Over the last 11 years, Sarah has lived and worked as a physiotherapist throughout South East Queensland, and once spent a year working at remote sites throughout Australia. During the recent pandemic, Sarah pivoted to working in the residential aged care sector, managing a team of physiotherapists and caring for clients throughout Brisbane and the Darling Downs.
Sarah has spent several hours in developing her professional skills in Pelvic floor physio and has a strong passion in helping women with a variety of conditions, including pelvic floor dysfunctions. She has also had further training in reformer pilates and dry needling.

Julia is a passionate physiotherapist with an interest in pelvic health. She completed her Masters of Physiotherapy Studies at the University of Queensland and her Bachelor’s of Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa. Since moving from Canada to Brisbane in 2018,
Julia’s interests include:
- Women’s pelvic health including constipation and incontinence, endometriosis, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy & menopause
- Hip and knee osteoarthritis
- Headaches
- Pilates, yoga, and running
- Dry needling
- Strength training
Julia has been practicing as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in private practice. Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, Julia did anatomy research at the University of Toronto and was a hydrotherapy assistant.
From her personal experience with hyper-mobility and pelvic pain, Julia brings her experience as well as knowledge in pelvic health to assist patients in achieving their goals in a holistic manner. Her aim is to empower patients and foster independence by providing them an active role in their health care.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll find her running along the river, playing ice hockey, or cooking/eating.

Noelle is a physiotherapist from Ireland, with experience in both hospital and private practice settings. Over time, Noelle discovered her passion for women’s health, completing advanced training.
Noelle's interests include:
- Women’s pelvic health including constipation and incontinence, endometriosis, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy & menopause
- Pilates
- Back and neck pain
- Running injuries
- Strength training
Alongside her physio work, she’s also a qualified Pilates instructor (mat + reformer!) — blending movement and clinical care to help women build strength, posture, and confidence.
With her warm, compassionate, and holistic approach, Noelle is dedicated to empowering women to better understand their bodies, optimise recovery, and achieve lasting wellbeing.
Outside of the clinic, you'll find her doing artistic adventures like painting as well as running and strength training.
At Circle of life physio, we treat a variety of musculcoskeletal injuries such as low back and neck pain.

Our Physios have had further training in pelvic floor physiotherapy. We can treat a variety of Pelvic health conditions, such as incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, endometriosis, rectus diastasis, pregnany and post natal care, menopause and constipation.
Your first appointment will include a thorough assessment addressing any of your women's health and musculoskeletal concerns. You will have a diagnosis, treatment and action plan, including rehab and self-management, from day one!

Our Physios have been trained in Dry Needling. This is an evidence based treatment modality. We love incorporating this useful treatment tool to help manage pain, muscular dysfunction, stress and conditions such as cervicogenic headaches.

Our physios have had further training in Clinical pilates & rehab. You will feel safe and supported with over 20 years of combined experience teaching clinical pilates/rehab classes and private sessions. We offer 1:1 or small family/friends private classes using a variety of pilates equipment, including reformers.
