Saba is a hardworking and passionate Physiotherapist with 13 years of experience working across many clinics and aged care facilities in Brisbane. She graduated from the University of QLD in 2010.
As the director of Circle Of Life Physio, Saba assesses and treats a large scope of injuries. Additionally, Saba has developed her professional skills in women's health physio and has a strong passion in helping women with a variety of conditions, including pelvic floor dysfunctions. She loves empowering women to be the best versions of themselves and helping them to live their best life! She's had extensive training in mat, ball, circle, band, reformer and trapeze pilates. Her special interests include:

Sarah is a physiotherapist with experience in a range of clinical areas, including general (musculoskeletal) physiotherapy, workplace injury prevention, falls prevention and healthy ageing, clinical pilates and women’s health physiotherapy. Sarah is a physiotherapist with experience in a range of clinical areas, including general (musculoskeletal) physiotherapy, workplace injury prevention, falls prevention and healthy ageing, clinical pilates and women’s health physiotherapy. She completed her physiotherapy degree at the University of Queensland in 2014.
Over the last 9 years, Sarah has lived and worked as a physiotherapist throughout South East Queensland, and once spent a year working at remote sites throughout Australia. During the recent pandemic, Sarah pivoted to working in the residential aged care sector, managing a team of physiotherapists and caring for clients throughout Brisbane and the Darling Downs.
Her particular areas of interest include:
- women’s health, including pelvic floor and pregnancy-related conditions
- preventative healthcare
- falls prevention
- reformer pilates for stability and strength
- occupational physiotherapy and ergonomic intervention
Outside the clinic, Sarah enjoys spending time with her young family, enjoying the many parks and playgrounds that Brisbane has to offer.
Kirstine has worked as a registered nurse in Brisbane private hospitals in different capacities from direct patient care to management for almost 20 years.
She commenced her career at a young age, working in nursing home wards as an assistant in nursing before completing her studies to become a registered nurse.

Prior to joining Circle of Life Physio, she worked for a private health fund, in the pharmaceutical industry and as an NDIS access consultant.
Kirstine is passionate about rehabilitation style exercise, women’s health and preventative health.
She has experienced health challenges over the past decade and practices what she preaches by regularly attending physiotherapy sessions and physiotherapist guided exercise sessions.

At Circle of life physio, we treat a variety of musculcoskeletal injuries such as low back and neck pain.
Saba has had further training in women's health/pelvic floor physiotherapy. She can treat a variety of women's health conditions such as incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain and rectus diastasis.
Your first appointment will include a thorough assessment addressing any of your women's health and musculoskeletal concerns. You will have a diagnosis, treatment and action plan, including rehab and self-management, from day one!
Saba has had further training in Clinical pilates & rehab. You will feel safe and supported with over 12 years of experience teaching clinical pilates/rehab classes and private sessions. Saba offers 1:1 or small family/friends private classes using a variety of pilates equipment, including reformers.
Saba has been trained in Dry Needling. This is an evidence based treatment modality. She loves incorporating this useful treatment tool to help manage pain, muscular dysfunction, stress and conditions such as cervicogenic headaches.
