Cancellation Policy: We understand that something may come up that may prevent you from attending your appointment. We also understand that your time is valuable, as is ours. Due to the fact that we set aside time for you, if you are unable to keep your appointment, 50% of your expected appointment fee will be charged, as a cancellation fee for non-attendance or late cancellation.
